Production Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at our precision aluminum extrusion and thermal break assembly facility. You will ensure seamless shop floor operations, optimal throughput, and adherence to international quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across aluminum extrusion lines, knurling, polyamide strip insertion, and rolling assembly.
• Plan production schedules to ensure on-time delivery for architectural and industrial client orders.
• Implement and maintain strict quality control standards adhering to ISO 9001 certifications.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean) to reduce scrap rate and improve line efficiency.
• Manage workforce safety, machine maintenance schedules, and factory environmental standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in aluminum extrusion or precision manufacturing plants.
• Hands-on expertise with extrusion machinery, dies, and automated assembly equipment.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety (EHS) and industrial quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, conflict-resolution, and team management skills.
